At Hastworth.shop, we understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to clothing. You have the right to request an exchange, return, or refund for any order you are not satisfied with after receiving your items.

Return Request Period

Please submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your items.
Requests submitted after this deadline cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that:

The item remains in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All tags and original packaging remain intact.

We may be unable to accept returns for items that do not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Contact Customer Service to provide your order number and the reason for your return.
Receive a return confirmation and the designated return address.
Ship the item back to the designated address.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues or shipping errors on our part will be covered by us.
For returns made due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, change of mind), the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographic evidence. We will address the issue immediately and arrange for a replacement of the correct item or issue a refund.
